Question about steam purchase: New base game and DLC if already own base game. What happens?

Hey guys, thanks in advance for any help.
So, I already own the base ESO game on steam and I've unlocked a couple of DLCs by trading for crowns in game. ESO has a sale right now that has Greymoor, Elsewyr, and Summerset all in a package with the base game for $29.99. I need all 3 of those DLCs but obviously not the base game. If I was to purchase that pack, is there anyway I can get those DLCs to add to my current ESO base game/account? Or would I be forced to use the new base game that comes in the package, and would I lose all my current characters?

✭✭✭My BF and I both had our game from Steam initially but then bought base game again from website to unlink, the only change was that we were finally able to log in without Steam, all the DLC and chapters remained as they were.
Considering that we bought chapters from website too, you are most likely going to be OK.0
