Any words on fixing streak visual bug ?

It's one of the most annoying PvP bugs atm yet nothing has been done to fix it and no word about fixing it were given from ZoS. So is there even a plan to finally fix it or we're doomed to see sorcs behaving like ping pong ball on our screen for another few months ? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?

Title is slightly wrong, not to criticize you but its a bit more serious than merely a visual bug. It is your characters position desyncing, causing you to be executed when you are 20m meters away in pvp because your character teleports back to them allowing them to execute you.

From what I've experienced when playing as sorc or against sorc You cannot target him with meele abilities while he is ping ponging. Fake position during streaking appears for enemies clients but not for the server or sorc's client.

The other guy is right, you can actually get hit with things you should have been out of range of due to the desync. It's an actual location desync, not just a visual one. It's also present with shade, ambush, and several gap closer abilities as well as several knockback abilities.

The worst part about this is that last PTS, myself and many others reported this week one. We provided detailed videos, instructions on how to replicate, and tagged the proper parties. I even gave the info to class reps who have more direct contact with zos, and they forwarded it on.

ZOS never commented on it. They didnt fix it through the entire PTS cycle, and they just allowed a new bug to be introduced to the live game for no reason whatsoever.

If that doesnt show you how little they care about the combat system in ESO, idk what will.

Nothing new. I remember once there was a bug with Salvation set where instead of giving 150 wep dmg at 5 piece when in werewolf form it was giving 15k wep dmg. It was reported on PTS , went live , people were abusing it to destroy other players in PvP with one light attack or to clear vMA super fast and at the end ZoS was forced not only to fix the bug but also to ban people who were abusing it.

Also remove the stun, teleport strike lost it long ago and that is merely a gap closer that requires a target not a movement/escape too

its similliar to all desync bugs.. same for snipe f.e.

I think I saw that they fixed it in the current pts natch potes.
