Mount Stamina, Rapid M changes killing Under 50 Campaign.

Cyrodiil is already often referred to as a horse simulator... the recent changes to acquiring Rapids and coupled with the fast stamina drain on the mounts has quite literally made creating new characters and introducing them to under 50 campaigns a complete nightmare. That campaign on PS4 was already a ghost town... now... it’s just an Emperor crowning exploit zone... serves no other purpose. I would use it to teach guild mates new to pvp, but all it teaches them is that slow mount speeds with zero stamina equals a complete bore fest and they never return to pvp.

I would be 100% for giving everyone playing on an Under 50 server max speed and stam mounts to alleviate the riding simulation. Or any PvP server, really.

Heck, at this point, the game is six years old, it's time to get rid of the "can only go up by 1 each day" when it comes to mounts anyway. If someone has the in-game gold, they should be able to buy as much speed/stamina/pack space on their mount as they wish, up to and including maxxing out their mount immediately. There's literally no reason to force new players into having to go through the tediousness anymore. (And yes, I'm sure this will never fly because they like selling the riding lessons in the Crown store).

Rapids should just come unlocked - period. Allow people to equip it on a level 1 toon and we are good to go.

The daily mount upgrades are very very tedious... I'd agree that maybe we should be able to do it multiple times per day... even if it were set in one (or a combo) of the following ways

#1 - Make it so we can upgrade one of each per day
#2 - Make it so we can upgrade once per day PER stablemaster (meaning travelling around Tamriel means we can do it many more times)
#3 - Make it so we can upgrade 10x, but each upgrade per day costs significantly more (like 250 for first, 500 for next, 1000 for next etc...)

I think this would still mean crown upgrades would still be viable, but it would alleviate the issues we currently have... especially for newer players/toons.
