How "accurate" can these tests be?

How "accurate", and therefore, helpful to the engineers, can these AoE tests be?

I know I have not purposefully played my AoE-centric builds (mainly Magplar) during these tests. What good does the testing do if people are playing builds with minimal AoEs? I'm not going to play a character who normally heavily relies on AoE skills during these tests just to get beat down by mainly single target builds. Even with the double AP incentive.

For example, I switched from playing a magPlar to a magWarden during these tests. I know you will say it depends on the build but we shouldn't have to change player behavior for a legitimate "test".

I'm not trying to be negative about the AoE skill debuff/cooldowns, etc, during your testing - that is fine and expected ... However, I am negative about the AoE testing methodology where you are expecting "normal" test results but there are players who are probably no longer playing in their normal AoE-centric builds that are going to skew your results.

The purpose of the test is to see how different player actions, such as reducing the amount of AOE perform on the server.
Switching roles / skill setup is part of this. :)

ZOS has for some time now been destroying their own game. It will not end. If just once they would concentrate on the bugs they have continually ignored and performance issues caused on their end by their faulty servers then maybe a lot of these band aid fixes that just cause more problems would not occur.
