keep defence AP nerfed?

Had a very long and boring keep defence just now, Ravenwatch EU. Expected maybe 75k AP, as seen earlier this week during similarly long keep defences. Got only 12.5 AP. Disappointing for a boring attrition battle. If AP is that low, bring back the trains/zergs that end keep battles a lot quicker.
