You can disable the Xbox Game Bar by opening your Window settings and choosing Gaming > Game Bar. Set the “Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar” option here to “Off”.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
