Can't use mouse during combat

Hey guys, I have a Corsair Scimitar mouse. I had it since the last time i played and i used to be able to do my rotation bindings on the mouse buttons. Is that no longer a thing? Do i have something turned off in game? thanks in advance for the help

Check that no other USB control devices are connected to your PC, then try switching the USB port your mouse is connected to.
