can't attach the game consultant report?

So after countless trys to patch and load game I decided to reinstall game-it still sticks,will not load character page. Tried to submit a ticket and the game consultant report will not attach thus not allowing me to submit. Get something about .text so idk

And I did all the recommendations in this case- rebooting modem,router restart thx

If your having issues opening a ticket since you cannot attach the report, please try attaching an empty text file instead to get the ticket started. Once started you can email the game consultant report in a follow-up.
