only level up in cryodiil has stoped my character from progression?

he states that his character is now unable to go from V5 to V6 because he missed a quest in his lower levels and he is now perminantly blocked from progression any further.
i have seen V10 characters so i know there is higher
when i hit level 10 i moved to cryodiil and have learned the ropes and stayed living there and strugling to be strong in pvp and get to veteran rank, im only lvl 29 atm but ALL my progression since level 10 has been in CRYODIIL ONLY.
is this going to destroy or create problems for me to stay in cryodiil and only do dailly quests there and level up only in cryodiil? have i screwed my character that i love and worked so hard to get him to his abilities? is my character now missed quests like what force spoke about in the video that i listed here in this title post? can i stay in cryodiil perminantly like i had planned?

apterous✭✭✭i checked the cadwells journal thingy, those quests you have to do are on the 50+ area. he deleted one or few of them and that was bugged so he just has to wait for fix. so we learn from this that after completing the mainstory in your alliance and moving to 50+ content, don't delete any quests you get from there.0
