Error 326

I have Error 326 on one of my characters (already FIVE days). Technical support is not responding (TICKET 200531-011420), ESO plus days go by.

Exactly a week has passed since the error on my character, I can not play on my main character. ESO Plus paid in vain. Tech support did not respond (TICKET 200531-011420).
