Voice Chat not working

All the in-game sounds and music I can hear just fine but I can't hear anyone in the guild voice channels and they can't hear me. I do have the headphones and microphone icons by my name & I do see the green player name indicators when they talk, but I can't hear them. I am on Xbox One X. Any ideas? I don't see any voice chat settings anywhere

Why do I keep getting a "Voice chat is unavailable" message on Xbox One?

TYVM! I think it's the ports, will test after I get back home tonight
