Game Crashing/Not Responding On Loading Screens

PC NA server. Lately, about 80% of the time I'm on a loading screen, my game stops responding. Usually, if I wait, it'll start responding again, but occasionally (2x a day or so), the game crashes all-together. Any ideas on what could be wrong? I'm not sure if it's a game problem or a computer problem, but if it is a computer problem, perhaps someone could direct me in the right direction so I could fix it. Thanks.
