Kicked internet connectivity

Hello I posted before and was given great advice from person called IDK. I have opened all Eso ports I have contacted Sony and opened there ports. I have static IP and did DNS switch. Paid $50 twice to have techs come to my home check internet and everything. They updated all my info and made sure I had constant connection also added some regulator to make sure I have smooth connection. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Cleared saved data and restored license. I have an old ps4 but still works and plays all other games. Not sure it matters but I have 240mps per the test the tech just did today. I just want to be able to play lol I can't buy the expansion since I can't even play more than 10 minutes. Can anyone please tell me what else I can do? My support tickets go back 2 weeks lol haven't heard back from Eso specialist they said I was being sent to. This happens both hardwired and wired. Should I get the PS4 pro? Would that help?

    This issue has not been fixed yet nor have I heard from special team at all. I now have a brand new PS4 still having the issue.

    What does it say when you get kicked? Is there an error message? Does it blue screen?

    It says connection to server lost, no blue screen. I noticed with the new PS4 it kicks me mainly if I'm standing still or doing nothing within a minute or two. Just to recap all ports open even psn ports. Already had multiple ISP techs over to check and still kicked. Although now on the ps pro it takes Abit longer to kick me

    This is likely a stupid question if you had techs in etc I imagine everything that can be done for the internet has been done - but are you on ethernet?

    And if you are moving around constantly on the pro will you not get disconnected at all? Or will it still kick you after a few minutes even while actively playing?

    My last question is that I take it at some point everything was working fine - when did it start kicking you from the server?

    Yes I've done both hard and wifi seems to kick me around the same time on each. I was doing scrybing yesterday played 2 hours roughly without being kicked. I stopped to wait for a boss a few mins not moving kicked immediately it was weird tried the same thing again not kicked while playing stopped for bathroom and kicked. Nothing else is connected hard wired at all just PS4 pro. It does still kick me after awhile however sometimes multiple times at once. Looks like roughly the greymoor expansion it started kicking me out alot. Never before since then I've never had an issue.

    That is weird. Given other games work fine without disconnection I am not really sure what to make of it. Do you know if your ISP uses NAT?

    Essentially if your IP is constantly changing due to your ISP it may be the source of the disconnects. I do think its unlikely that this is the solution if its a post-Greymoor problem but figured it is worth a shot!

    Yea I play apex never have issues or even lag like at all. Need for speed same thing. Dcuo which is also an online game works just fine I don't get kicked and I could play it hours. I had my ISP do static IP and change DNS as well. The last tech that came out something thing ion the router, he said it's a regulator so I have smooth connection and it won't jump around. I'm not sure about the NAT question tho as I'm not to tech savvy how would I check that.

    Yeah I doubt its the issue too but worth a shot! Especially if you can play other games like Apex fine. But to quickly check use this website: https://www.whatismyip.com

    Keep refreshing the page every 30 seconds or so and see if your IP changes

    Ok I did that and my IP has not switched at all. I also have now reached the free limit without logging in.

    Ok so its definitely not a changing IP if it did not change. A PAT system would be changing every 10-15 seconds, and I was thinking that the IP shift may have been what was booting you from the server. I'm gonna keep scratching my head for the true solution

    I really appreciate it man and trust me I'm trying it all hahaha I've never had Ilan issue with this game until now so I'm just frustrated. I've done everything the support tickets have asked and now I'm on a week of waiting for the specialized team. I understand they're busy so I'm trying to be patient.

    I am still getting kicked and still yet to hear from the specialist team I was informed about. This is getting ridiculous still paying an Eso subscription and not being able to play. I m honestly losing hope. I just want to play lol is that to much? Lol

    You could post your ticket number here and someone from support may be able to get an update for you! The support times are pretty atrocious right now took about 2 and a half weeks to resolve an in game issue for me back at the start of May.

    As for ESO+ you could try to ask for an extension but I dunno how that would go. Be polite and patient is your best bet. I know its hard to maintain patience with such a critical issue but raging at the support reps won't help (not saying you have been!)

    Unfortunately I couldn't think of any other solutions either - I thought about a database rebuild but I don't think it would really have anything to do with that :/

    Yes I understand I am being as patient as possible, wow 2 and a half weeks is insane. Well I really have no choice in the matter anyway. Guess I have to just forget about it until I randomly get the email that says they're working on it lol

    Lol I am now unable to play at all. Once again all other games work even apex with no disconnects. I went from getting kicked every few minutes to not even being able to log in at all and if I do log in within seconds I'm out. This is beyond ridiculous now.

    Updating in case anyone else reads this still no help. Still can't play. Still got charged lol amazing. But Billie has let me know that the special team takes awhile because they're a special group. So I'm just waiting now again.

    Well special team finally messaged me and said nothing they can do as it's not a major bug being fixed. Apparently latency issues which is odd since I've had the same ISP for years. Well I waited over a month to find out still nothing they can do.
