When do those events usually happen? Or are they random? From what i've seen people say that it might not even come back.

The TG event is usually March, or at least it was 2017-2019. There were actually 2 in 2019 since MYM got cancelled due to group finder issues.

So...I guess we aren't having one this year? Unless they want to use it as a filler event.

There have been datamined events for a Crafter's event and an Explorer's event coming at some point after the Summerset event (which itself seems to be taking over for the Morrowind event). The PTS also shows some outfit styles that will be unlocked for a Skyrim event (probably similar to last year's Dragon Rise event) and an Imperial City event (I'd guess that's the September one). We'll definitely be getting Witches' Festival in October and New Life in December, so it's likely that that event may be out this year.

I'd also have expected them to bring back an Orsinium event after the Maelstrom Arena changes, but the schedule seems tight as it is.

Still, I'd hope they release the personality for a bit again. I'm disappointed with the amount of stuff that they remove from the store and leave on some virtual shelf somewhere. If something's out for over a year, it's kinda likely that there are a decent number of people who never got the chance to but it.
