New house in Q3 DLC?

Wasn't mentioned in the stream, but will there be a new house in the Q3 DLC? And if so, do you think it'll be available as soon as the DLC launches and in the PTS on Monday or be held back like the vampire castle has been?

It would be logical for the vampire castle to come out with the Q3 DLC. If I'm remembering right, when the werewolf dungeons came out, Hunter's Glade came out with them.

Any new house will be in the datamine. PTS just dropped give our Slav friends some time. Possibly tomorrow or Wednesday however it could be later this week.

I've prety much already decided to buy the Antiquarian one just from the loading screen ^^ love the look of it, just want something that fits as my nord's house. He's a Jarl IC.

Well this shoots the dwarven blackreach home in the back and kills it good. We are never getting a dwarven blackreach home. This one looks decent but again not sure how to even build it. Looks too much of a good guy home I can't see evil alchemists working there. However I get the feeling this is the last dwarven home we are going to see for an eternity.

The Alpine Gallery plus the new structural furnishings are amazing, I have my fingers crossed that it ends up being free like some rumors are suggesting because it PERFECT for a small guild house with lots of room for crafting stations, and the ability to build up each of the back deck areas as individual areas/houses/shops with the new furnishings, plus all that water, I just love it!

While I am looking forward to much of what is in there, I cringe at yet another depiction of an Alfiq character that is drunk. I don’t find this amusing or humorous in any way. Especially with just about every Alfiq character in the game being a drunkard. Are we to assume they all are alcoholics???

EDIT: OK I guess I did not realize this Alfiq is the same one from a side quest in Elsweyr, but still...

I read that. I've been away from the game for quite a while, only came back at the end of Elsweyr. Are special chapter events usually around the same time of year? In which case, when? ^^
