Game freezes/crashes at the character selection menu

Sup,
After Greymoor my game freezes(crashes) at the character selection menu. It happens not always, but very often. I have 11 characters and when I do daily craft quests I face with this problem for about 4-6 times. The only way to fix this now is to close the game via Task Manager and start it again. I've already tried to repair the game, but this doesn't help. It's been a while since Greymoor has been released, but problem persists. Did anybody dealt with this?

There are some other basic crash troubleshooting steps to try that may help with this freezing. In particular you should try removing any add-ons you have loaded.

well, I've tried every single item, but it didn't help

I have the same issue. Playing on Stadia so I'm not sure if add-ons are contributing to the problem. It certainly makes it a challenge to train riding and do crafting on alts!

Have you tried completely reinstalling ESO on your PC?

If you have and the crashing continues, please go ahead and start a ticket with customer support.
