Give minor vit back to swallow soul
Buff swallow soul damage tooltip slightly
give damage back to refreshing path
Remove range limit on AW heal OR return to 3 percent mitigation per stack on merc resolve morph only
Increase healing potency of dark cloak slightly

PVP in eso would not collapse under the oppression of a magblade that can actually go toe to toe playing to one of their traditional strengths that has long since been lost. Magblades used to be able to fight around hots and sustain instead of relying on damage shields or playing a glass cannon cloak based build.

Cloak based magblades actually work right now, especial with vamp rework. Cloakless magblades have to commit a lot and lose damage just to sustain themselves if they are not trying to play a gank build.

I miss the days of good old attrition magblades where you are actually were afforded windows to outplay other players instead of being forced into these all in damage builds and still end up feeling like a poverty magsorc.

I'm seeing decent effectiveness on my nb healer in no co though.

Yeah just gave the game a quick spin last night. Swapped a few gear sets around to try feel out what has changed, but as ever gear is a very small percentage of what matters in this game. The fact is this class outright lacks the tools it needs to compete with other classes right now. Its only strengths are gimmick builds that get old quickly.

The thing is I just don't understand why it came to this. Magblade was NEVER an easy class to play, it was tricky slippery, but it was HARD to get good at. There was never a point you could call magblade OP- countering it basically only ever came down to "AOE/pot/ML him out of stealth, block the bow, dodge the ult".

This class has been torn down by sheer careless design. Wide sweeping changes made to other aspects of the game unintentionally crippled things this class relied on. It's a huge shame.

The outplay your opponent mentality kept me on that class a lot longer than it should have...

Still should if that's your thing. That's why I love playing mine still -- winning a fight really feels like winning. Sure you're probably a sweaty mess by the end of it, but you know you damn well earned that W.

    Magblade in graymore ?

It is hard to tell, as I don't see them (Nightblades, both mag & stam) any more. Sure, occasionally, there is one, but that is about it. I observed this trend both in PvE & PvP. It started being noticeable last year, after Elsweyr chapter, but after Greymoor ? I see very little of them (no pun intend). Pretty much only class I see nowadays is Sorc, Necro, Templar or Warden. Some times there is a DK, but NB seems to be the rearrest sight.
So I am unsure if NB simply don't use NB skills (so you can not tell what class they are), or people simply "mained" other class.

And tbh. I am not surprised. Class was gutted to the point of not being competitive, or even relevant. Its use was basically reduced to Bomb-blade AP farming during MYM event... (During event, because any decent player with even little bit of experience will be able to avoid it).

Also, it is worth mentioning that at this point pretty much all NB class relevant & unique stuff you can get on other class in form of weapon / guild / world skills. NB themselves seem to be using those instead of their class toolkit.

Vamp changes (sprint invisibility) seem to be the reason. I think what is happening is many experienced NB players simply switched to different class + vamp as only thing they lose is Shadow Image (but they gain other class toolkit, while still having access to sudo-nb skills (weapon / guild / world).

So umm... yeah, NB class (both mag & stam) in Greymoor is probably in a worse spot than it used to be in previous update.

I do want to stress that I personally dont consider vamp sprint invis in anyway a replacement for shadowy disguise, and those that felt it was, during the vamp reveal, were being a bit premature. That passive is nice but mid combat, it's a crap shoot unless you pop an immovable before starting to run. For opening up on someone, however, it can fufill cloaks role I suppose.

It just feels like magblade has been replaced by better options for all play styles by magden and magsorc for the traditional way. Range is the obvious way, but you can pop vampire on either of those classes for a better close range playstyle with the spammable. Bombing is another thing that changed too in that magcros are just better at it easily. Even stamina characters with vampire invis running can gank better than a stamblade half the time with a bow. Don't get me wrong I can still play my magblade, it just feels like a chore compared to playing other classes even more so.
