It's because of confinement (corona-virus) or is it a bug?

    When there are new dlc furnishings it always takes a few months for both golden recipes to be added and even longer for the random blueprints to added to Hlaalu.

    We get the Mastercraft recipes every other DLC (ie. with the dungeons).

    If you mean the Furniture Documents - these are added usually about a year from when they were originally released.
