I don't think they will give it away for free again. It returned once to the Crown Store, to allow players to get it even if they weren't playing at the time, and it was sold for 15,000 Crowns, irrc. I think returning free promotion items as sales is a decent compromise. There are some promo items that never returned at all, with no chance to get them ever again.

I was there to get it. I got it, then realized it was too big to decorate and I ran back to my small house....

It's a grand empty villa...maybe if I had a guild it would be a guild house or something lol...

Well, last time they reintroduced that house, it was like 15k crowns. So I'd say it's super unlikely.

Not a fan of selling something that was originally free, especially for such an outrageous price.

I'd pay 15k for it. It's a lovely home and well worth the cost imo. I love it!

I honestly doubt they'd give it out again. As others said, it was already re-released as a Crown Store item. AND, there is a "free" Manor-sized home available in-game now and indefinitely in the form of the Hall of the Lunar Champion, available through Elsweyr, Scalebreaker, and Dragonhold. All of which are included in ESO+ now.

if kill to have it, espically since i have a friend who also has it but doesnt use it, a shame they cant gift it me as i feel paying 15k for a home once free is robbery.

I feel so grateful to have been around for the free event. This is the one home I build many custom builds on. If I had to buy it I dont think I would have. Last home I purchased for 18k crowns was Topal and that thing is just a storage unit now lol

Seeing the demand for it, kind of makes me wish I can sell mine off. I started to use it when I got it for free, but then I just put a banker and storage coffer right by the port in and there are more convenient locations

While I do think it unlikely they will offer it for free again, esp. since they've already put it up for sale once, I think at least reducing the price for the Summerset anniversary event would be a nice gesture. How about 50% off?

I already have the villa, so not asking for myself.
