Crafting Sets in Greymoor question

I have a question regarding the new crafting sets in Greymoor. Are all their locations immediately reachable or are some locked behind part of quests like it was with Southern Elsweyr?

Spell Parasite you can for SURE get to without questing. The rest I'm unsure on.

That’s the one in Blackreach right? I was especially wondering about that one. The other two are overland, so I think they will be okay too. Thanks.

Yep! You just have to find a way into Blackreach. There's quite a few lifts around. In that specific place though, I had to follow the walls to find the cave where you can craft at. No door or anything. I tinkered with it for a bit so that's how I know about that one.

They are all immediately accessible.

Ok, then I must had been experiencing some kind of bug because I could not craft any kind of item at any station for Spell Parasite. I have researched way more than enough traits on each item I wanted to make, so I should have been able to make them no problems just like I have umpteen times at any other station I've used, but the option was grayed out. I did a reloadui a couple times, but no joy. Not sure what is going on.

You can port to a guildmate or friend in Blackreach to get to that set. No quest stagegate like Elsweyr had.

99% of the time this is just player oversight on something ... such as not having mats, trait stones, or style stones.

No need. Reported it as a bug since I went back again after relogging and all stations were working as normal. Have used set piece crafting stations many times and not had this happen. IIRC I did get a weird interface issue a few times back in beta, but that's about it. This was similar. Thanks for the reply.
