Scroll, Emp, and Keep Bonuses

Australien✭✭Once again three days in a row I've logged into the Blackreach campaign to find the map entirely blue and the same cohorts gate farming us. Because they have the whole map and were actively defending everything when we tried to do something I logged off. When you're solo or in a small group it's incredibly difficult to engage with players with all the buffs. Today I was with a small group of five players trying to take a keep when a single blue player came in and wiped us all. We might have had more of a chance if we were all on a level playing field.0 -
Australien✭✭I've often pondered what DC players do when they have the entire map. So I've been told by guild mates, they're probably in IC or the Alliance locked campaign while they wait for either of the other factions to attempt a scroll grab or start taking back their home keeps. I would argue that being in IC or another campaign and gaining Tel Var or AP while waiting for activity in Blackreach is another symptom of the EMP/Keep/Scrolls buffs bestowed on DC.0
