Dear ESO,

Thankyou for completely and utterly shafting my guildy. First, your bank eating bug ate his bank slots back down from 110 slots to 60, and while it was at it, it ate his 30K money in the bank and many of his items. He submitted tickets as he was told to, and got almost no responses. Now, after the patch where the bank was fixed, he can no longer even log in or post on the forums. I begin to wonder if you silenced him on purpose??? I realize this posting sounds snippy, but I and many members of the guild are totally p****d off. I mean come on, if you are going to totally screw up someone's account, can you at least not do it over the weekend during peak play time???

Ticket number 140412-114778 for his bank issues‏ and forum id was @Valthorian1914. And of course he is unable to submit a ticket because of this new message of "You have been suspended from the site."

@ZOS_AlanG and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , could one of you please help him out? He is currently on endless hold trying to call into the technical support line since there is no other way for him to communicate with ESO support.

Another update, as it turns out we now have 2 guildies both unable to login and the only thing they have in common is they both had the bank issue where they lost bank slots and items, then received the duplicate in game mail containing their pre-order bonus items all over again (which seems to have been a symptom of the bank slot loss bug). His forum name is @Bear805 incident: 140411-077821 and incident: 140412-018403.

Again, neither player received a single communication from ESO indicating their accounts had been locked out. If you want paying customers, you as a company need to do better at communicating with them. Personally, I don't care about the bugs as much as I care about knowing two things:
    1. What are you doing to fix the problem?
    2. When is the problem expected to be resolved?
On number 2., I would frankly rather you come up with an arbitrary date and then apologize for not meeting it rather than just ignoring requests for some kind of timeline.
And if you are for some reason locking someone's account, you owe them a communication explaining why you have suspended service, whether or now that suspension was for legitimate reasons.

Yeah you are right. It's just so hard not to be miffed over this.

Thanks ESO for letting players mistakenly banned back into the game as fast as you did.

@OrdainedFaun Thanks for posting and sticking up for Bear and I. It was nice to see not only you, but others across the forums stick it out and post info for all their friends that were mistakenly accused. Glad to know we have a community here to help each other out.
