Templar Healer Ideas?

Disclaimer: since pve is going down the hole I decided "why quit a game im so invested in when i can just play the pvp" which i've had episodes of enjoying. And i'm loving it still so hey (I don't even have to pay the sub/buy greymoor to compete in pvp and get rewards)! i'm leveling an EP magsorc since magsorc is my fav and i dont want to swap my pve one back and forth but i also have a templar on DC that I'm toying around with. Here's what i've come up with so far.
race: breton
stone: atronach
cp: i refuse
5 - 2 - 0 or 5 - 1 - 1 depending on which first set, mainly heavy
5 olorime [interchangeable with SPC or kagrenacs depending on content/number of people]
5 shacklebreaker
Earthgore for small groups, symphony or bloodspawn for big groups
front bar:
1. Honor the Dead 2. luminous shards 3. flex but usually aurora javelin or a CC 4. defensive stance 5. radiant magelight R. practiced incantation
back bar
1. repentance 2. radiating regeneration 3. race against time 4. channeled focus 5. ritual of retribution R. Solar Prison

my main strategy is set up hots/defensive stuff [ritual, focus, radiating] then swap to front bar and block spam Honor the dead, shards when needed, and the CC for stragglers, the shield for emergencies, and magelight for stealthers. I only play with others in case you cannot tell, lol. I don't really do bgs with this setup.

This is my first mostly independent build for pvp as the rest of the time i just copy/paste builds. race against time i saw on a build i forgot and i love using it. im sure most of you hardcore pvpers could shred it apart but any obvious noob mistakes i'm making here that are easier to work on first?

edit for additive info:

i've been having fun doing small scale stuff. i joined two people deep in EP territory and we harassed them with resources for like an hour and we won many 3v4s so i know the build is ok. i just want to know what i can flex out to make it work better in things like BGs, or if i there's key skills i'm missing that i should be using more in larger groups [although i make a point never to join any atrocious zergs]

Everyone has there own ideas of what healers are meant to be/wear. Below is the build I currently use, and I will list off to the side some alternative sets that would be good anything past (, or) are good alternatives, and never the wrong choice

    Race: Argonian, or Breton

    Stone: Mage, or Ritual

Monster Set: Earthgore (1 Heavy, 1 Med) or Bogdan
Body: Gossamer (5 Light) or SPC, OLO, Sanctuary, Worm Cult.
Weapons: Hiti (SnB, Resto) or Transmutation

    Skills:

SnB: Breath of Life, Extended Ritual, Channeled Focus, Mist Form, Time Stop (This is a flex spot): Ult Solar Prison

Resto: Illustrious Healing, Radiating Regeneration, Combat Prayer, Mystic Orb, Siege Weapon Shield: Ult Barrier

There are a lot of good options, these are just the options I have tested and found to be true, and useful on Templar Healers.

thanks for your awesome insight! Do you think with the base crit resistance added to the game with greymoor (20% base crit resistance) that transmutation is still worth it? Also Hiti's does seem awesome for group healing so i definitely want to pick that up.

I dont think people are going to run Transmutation in group anymore, Im sure there will be some people that play small scale, solo healers that could care less about changing the sets out, but for most ball groups they will be switching off and using other buff sets!
