So Balorgh's Mask Style Page can drop on Normal Difficulty?

Just noticed that the announcement lacks the usual "Beat on Veteran" detail to get the Style Page for Balorgh's Mask. Double checked the Crown Store Showcase and it also doesn't say anything about Veteran.
So are the Masks from more difficult DLC dungeons not going to require Veteran completions to get? Because if so, that's fantastic.
