I can't kill this class that's using this ability. NERF IT

So I was running along trying to kill this class, that was using this certain ability. I tried everything but I couldn't kill it.

Can you nerf it, so I don't have to learn how to adapt/beat it?

that being said. Nerf DK standard, bolt escape and shield bash spam.

I really dislike nerfs that originate from PVP problems as they inevitably effect PVE. They need to use the City of Heroes PVE/PVP powers setup, basically the powers work differently depending on which you are doing, so they can adjust the effects of a power for PVP and not effect PVE at all.

Bolt escape is annoying and really fustrating. Less spam of that would be really helpful. max 3 and no magicka would be nice. Or less distance per use.
More annoying is the Nightblade decloaking crap what happens sometimes. And since it eats more magicka, and Nightblade is a cloaker class, it should be able to cloak more or for longer without decloaking.
Thats my opinion.
