We will be performing maintenance for patch 11.2.0 on the PTS on Monday at 8:00AM EDT (12:00 UTC).

Why are my toons/guilds randomly unavailable on PTS?

My guild hall has all of the munduses, set crafting stations, a transmute station, testing dummies, etc. and it makes testing on the PTS so much easier — when it's available.

Why is it that I (and everyone else) are sometimes forced to completely start from scratch on the PTS, thus turning something that used to be quite simple into the tedium of riding all around Tamirel to unlock all of the crafting stations/munduses/etc?

I don't mind having to roll a new toon, but rediscovering everything on every new toon I make is tedious AF.

    I understand that. My question is why are they randomly deleted? They were available for 6.0.0 and 6.0.1, but not 6.0.2.

    Because it's EU time now and they clear all chars

    Oh, OK. So there's only one server and they can only fit NA or EU on it, so they have to take turns. I guess that makes sense.

    You can create a template character with all stuff you need in the inventory
