11,000 crowns vanished as I slept!

Hey guys,
I went to bed with very close to 12,000 crowns around 6am this morning and woke up at 2pm, central time, to discover that I was missing around 11,000 crowns. I woje up to find 800 crowns in my account. I'm really hoping someone can help me recover my crowns. If this is the wrong section, let me know so I can relocate.

The crowns were not spent, gifted, ect...they were all there before bed. I am in quite the state of panic atm. Hoping to hear good news soon!
