Hi,
See below video tour of my fully decorated Proudspire. This design is for a Vampire's townhouse.
Hope you enjoy and it gives some ideas.
Proudspire is a really great home. Looking forward to getting this house when it goes live.

Is it a new painting from Wvardenfell? It's beautiful!

I love this house too! I'm going to buy it as soon as I can, but I'm not sure I use the Solitude furniture there.

I don't know yet how I will decorate this house, but I will use the style of Solitude in Grymharth's Woe, which I have not yet decorated because it looked too much like Old Mistveil Manor.

@Mysanne thank you for watching.
The triple piece paintings are old but all the rest are the new ones. I tried to use as much of the new furniture as possible.
The new vampire wooden furniture style in particular is gorgeous. Much of what I did was done by blending Vampire with Alinor furniture together. They go together very well.
The new Hearth items are also gorgeous. So many great new food items. Great textures and resolution.

Wow! When I saw the plain, square, symmetrical layout of this house previously in videos I totally gave it a pass. Your design has completely changed my mind! I don’t remember the patio being much, so you must have build up the stairs and upper level, I really like that!

I’m kinda busy with other houses right now, but if it’s purchase-able with gold I should be able to pick it up later.

Do those chandeliers really have a Redguard lamp inside them? If so, I like the curved horns but not the copycat lamp part. Cannot stop thinking “Redguard.”

That's amazing! I like the contrast between elegant and classy upper part and deadly catacombs. It's so full of details and i have the impression you have used 1000 items, everything is evenly decorated and there is no empty/bare parts. I love the plants and the play of lights.

...Now to figure out where the 1 million + gold is gong to come from to buy this house... That's a hefty chunk of change. 😸

Really? That’s what they are charging for this house?

Is it big enough to justify that price? It seems kinda small to me.

It's about the same price and size as the Alinor Townhouse, I guess?

Layout is inferior, though, in my opinion.

Really helps to get some perspective on the size and what is possible, as well.

Also, I notice you have placed the dragonfly painting, which is my favourite of the Elsweyr paintings.

Probably won't be able to get my retail version of this house done until about Christmas.

Please can I ask what you used for the railings, on the terrace?

@katanagirl1 thanks for watching. The chandeliers do not have the Redguard lantern in the middle, I just added that to pad out the look and give extra light

Blacksmithing nook on patio and upstair extended patio view
The fact that all of that is somehow 600 items or less? Incredible!
