What to spend Master Writ points on to turn around and sell for profit?

Thank you everyone in advance. I'm saving up to buy a home in game that costs a couple of million since I just now started having fun with housing. I usually just make my gold by buying low and selling high. However I've got a ton of points I think like 1500 or so from turning in Master Writs. My question is what is the best bang for the buck to buy and then place in guild auction? I've always just used the points for personal items but I've bought a lot of what I need so have extra.

✭✭✭✭✭I don't know if it's server specific, but I've felt that the crafting stations and attunable stations are the best for me. (on PC/NA)
Transmute stations have been tanked in price since people are looking for a quick/big amount.
The research scrolls will sell for a good profit, but they're slower going (and smaller voucher values)
