Gamebreaking Cyrodiil Bug -- Bugged "portal" in Vlastarus teleports scrolls across the map

There is a broken "portal" spot in Vlastarus that is being used to teleport scrolls across the map. You walk into the portal and it takes you back to your home.

✭Yes, AD used this on PC NA, the other day, to grab an EP scroll and, just before EP killed them and took it back, they ported all the way across the map to their inner home keep.
Was very irritating.
Some people say its been an exploitable glitch since the game started.3 GOs, a Warlord, and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP2
