Is it possible to have my account moved from EU to NA?

I play primarily on the PS4 EU server, however my connectivity to the NA server from Okinawa Japan is much better. Is it even remotely possible to have my NA/EU accounts switched?

It is not possible for support to move your characters from one server over to another.
