I am in Cyro and do not want to PVP other players. Only there for Skyshards. The other day I was in a Delve where I was fighting NPC's and realized that another player was in there also. I was targeting them and did not realize it till after the fight was over.
Like something that would put a message on the screen.

    Open settings>nameplates, scroll all the way down and under indicators section choose enemy from drop down menu
