    I can confirm it's resolved for me. I was once again granted all Elsweyr + preorder bonuses.

    The problem has been solved meanwhile after a few newstarts, access to the test week (ingameshop) is now possible

    Happened on April 14, tried sorting it out through ticket system until now. No luck
