Crown sale does not work As advertised

The advertised crown sale advertised in game and on ESOs website states 40% off for the 21k crown bundle. However it’s only discounted $10 which is less then 10% off. Customer support told me it was Microsoft’s issue which I find interesting since it advertised on ESOs website and in their game, you would think they would have to stand by their marketing...guess not. Anyways heads up for anyone out there wanting the sale on Xbox it doesn’t exist as advertised.

He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

KillingUGirl✭✭✭After numerous attempts at resolving this and trying to get them to actually honor the sale they advertised I continue to get nothing but runaround. This is by far some of the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. There should be some relatively easy way to resolve this issue. If you advertise something maybe think about actually making it available for purchase. THis is extremely frustrating. After over four years of ESO plus membership you would think that someone there could actually help me with this simple issue.0
