Dye / Outfit Station sign?

Due to the limit caps, I have had to move our Guild Hall Crafting Stations to a new location. While setting it up, I noticed there are no signs for the dye/outfit stations. Only one I'm missing.
Any one know IF they are available and where?

    There's an outfit banner that was sold at the Luxury Vendor's: https://eso.mmo-fashion.com/banner-outfit-small/ It was available in small and large. Check the guild stores, maybe someone still has one and is offering it...
