I was playing the game like any other person when i got signed out, at first i thought oh maybe it was my internet.
But then i got a message saying that someone else had used this account, But that is impossible because i have never given out my details to someone so i came to the conclusion that it was eso who went onto my account to make it banned.
After I couldn't sign into my account i went onto their website and tried to log it.
The message that followed, was "You have been suspended from this website"
I dont know why i got banned but i have looked into it and it seems that I got kicked by one of the Bot detection Software that eso use to get rid of Bots and people who try to sell gold.
After i had looked into it i created a ticket for eso to solve the problem and unban me.

But it seems after three emails they haven't even Bothered to fix my problem they said that the servers will not be put down For a while meaning i am banned for there bot detection which doesn't seem to work properly.

I now have to wait for however long It takes for them to solve my problem even though they said they already have, but they haven't as i am still banned and cannot play the game that i payed for.

The Email was as follows.
"We're truly sorry for this inconvenience, but both megaservers will not be down at the same time.
We will complete the maintenance for the Live EU megaserver from 12am to 4am EDT / 5AM to 9AM GMT. We will complete the maintenance for the Live NA megaserver from 8am to 12pm EDT / 1PM to 5PM GMT. If you still have the same issue please feel free to contact us.

So I would love to here from people who had the same problem and how long it actually took for eso to fix their problem.
