Where did recipes for cooking disappeared?

I think recipes should drop when you unlock those "recipe improvement" skill in provisioning, not based on your level.
Well sry to hear your having such a problem.I on the other hand have had no issues whatsoever. By lvl 15 my provisioning was lvl 50. I had no issues finding recipes if you know where to look. The bank in the first city has a ton pop in that room alone. I did have to decide to stop making drinks and focus solely on food for bank space reasons.0 -

When you can make 100 buff foods fairly early it does make difference in those real close fights.0
