Accidentally purchased something I would never buy because I thought I was hitting the preview buttons and was only half paying attention. lesson learned DO NOT HIT BUTTONS like a SPEED DEMON. UGH! ARGH.

<sigh> I have just figured out everything is BOUND. So, cant be sold. WHY NOT ZOS???

    You can try to open a support ticket. They'll probably have you destroy the item in-game if possible, and then refund your crowns.

    It’s so people don’t re sell it in game for outrageous gold and then it would mess up the economy. Imagine how many people buy crown store exclusive items with real money then would turn around and sell them for gold? Probably has to do with that

    Was it actually denied? I ask because sometimes they cite the inability to help, as if they would help, but ZOS never provided them the tools, instructions, or authorization that they need to help you.

    I have refunded various items without any problem whatsoever. Everything from crown purchases to ingame things for gold, AP, and other currencies.

    Was it a proper a ticket, as in a "ask for help" one where you write what your problem is? And did you respond to the automatic response if so?

    We live in a world where you need to yell and scream repeatedly for things to happen. Keep replying saying that your issue is not resolved until it is.

    It would be nice if all requests were treated the same, but you will often get the brushoff at least a few times before you even talk to a living being, let alone see any results.
