So I had submitted a ticket the other day when I couldn't get in to the forums but I have no idea if it was submitted in the right category because I can't figure out what choice to make as to where to submit the ticket. Could you please give a little clearer direction as to what section to use for those like me who can't seem to figure out what category this issue falls under?

has anyone got their pet this way?
I tried contacting the ingame support multiple times because of this issue but only got copy pasted answers that my account was probably not linked each time, despite stating that it was, because I received orouboros crates before and after the bethesda stream in question.

If it helps, me @Raphanasuan and my girlfriend @mO_ople both watched the streams with linked accounts and neither of us received the clouded senche pet.

I send a ticket, couple hours later I got a message from support - they wanted screenshots of my twitch connection so I sended screens from Twitch and ESO accounts as proof and next day I received pet and crate. It was easy and quick
