Does anyone know what the price for Forgemaster Falls will be? I've never bought a house before and I liked the look of this one but I would rather not blow my Q1 gaming budget on digital real estate not to mention I still was planning to get Greymoor.

No, we don’t know... unfortunately zenimax doesn’t like to release the price of things until the item is released, relying more on impulse buys than people who have budgeted for the items

Going by the picture and description it will be a notable home, which means it will probably be about 12,000-15,000 crowns unfurnished.

But we won't know for sure until it's released.

The home is actually a large home, with a 600-item limit. So, I'm guessing it'll fall closer to the CS price of similar large homes - such as Amaya and Hundings.

Judging by surface area and it being a large house it will likely fall within the 6300-7200 crown range for a large home putting it in the "upper end" of crown store pricing for those home types.

They probably also try to gauge interest in homes based on things like forum comments, number of players who preview and / or try furnishing it on PTS before settling on a price.

And this means there's a good chance of being able to buy it for game gold, probably only with some achievement, and only unfurnished. That's what I'm hoping, anyway.

It's a limited time offer, we don't get those for gold with the exception of witch hut, which is a remnant of old model.

I find it doubtful. Bet the price was already set before it even hit PTS. Every notable home release these days no matter the interest or lack of interest is 12-15k crowns unfurnished.

Every medium one 5-8k or so, not that we get many medium sized ones to compare prices of.

So yea, I doubt they hold the price off due to watching for interest. They have the price, they’re holding off to rely on impulse buys over budgeted money.
