Still can't enter website
When I go to the "Accounts" page, I get a Security Warning popup from Windows or Internet Explorer saying "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" It doesn't matter if I click yes or no. The webpage loads, and I see the UserID and Password boxes, but when I fill them in and click Sign In, nothing happens.
I do not see the Elder Scrolls Online logo or anything else above the login boxes.
When I use my laptop, I can see everything and log in to the account page normally.
What settings in "Internet Options" do I need to use to get all of the web page content, and log-in?

Also, why isn't there a notice on the launcher saying that there will be maintenance and how long it is expected to last instead of a popup that says the server is down and no other info?0
