I don't even know what to say, feels bad not to be able to do anything beside running in the other direccion for 1 minute. 1 minute... 2nd worst skill design after bolt escape.

Kelebra is correct. The caster's attacks ignore 75% of your armor and spell resist, and your attacks ignore 75% of their armor and spell resist. The only difference is that the caster gets healed if they kill you while you are under the effect.

Still, I believe the time duration is insane. It shouldn't be more than 20 seconds. In pvp most of the time you are not 1vs1, so while you are marked for 1 minute you are effectivelly disabled and cannot expose yourself in open, any other archer/nightblade can 1hko you.

The ability's design isn't what's off, it's the way you're using it :P

If you're going to be soloing a quest boss or world boss (or if you're going to be tanking/will definitely have aggro for a long and dangerous fight) you should not have it up until you're very close to execute range.
The exception is if you are ranged and able to kite a melee boss without getting hit.

Just be more careful!
