Does the bonus damage from Wrecking Blow apply to spells as well, or only weapon attacks?

I'm pretty sure it does. Only skill it does not count for is wrecking blow Which means, (You can't spam the skill for bonus damage)

It applies to Spells. I use it on my Sorc all the time.
