Red boxes with 'MISSING' written all over them, Missing houses, hills etc.

The game was working fine for a while (I have been playing since the beta) and then all of the sudden, this week, Items, houses and terrain either became invisible or were replaced by red 'MISSING' boxes. The game works fine otherwise and I can interact with the 'MISSING' boxes as if they are normal. I have tried updating my graphics card driver and changing up the graphics settings to no avail. My computer specs are below

Windows 7 Home 64 bit
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.7GHZ
RAM: 8 GB of DDR3 1333mhz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti just installed newest drivers

It's been ingame a while that some windowdressing is missing and it's a placeholder of the red boxes. Usually it was inside buildings though, not outside. It's not your graphics, it's the game.
