Controller Disconnecting

Both disconnect and I am 4 feet from my xbox one x. No updates, batteries charged... I even moved my xbox over so my feet did not block the signal. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Check it's software level. If it's not current could try a cable and update.

    Other use unpair / repair.
