Vampire Bite Blood Ritual Requested - Please help If You Can

I am looking for someone who can use the Blood Ritual on my character in the Ebonheart Pact. For RP reasons I have been looking online with zone chat for someone to help me out with this. I would like to join a Vampire guild as well once bitten if anyone knows of one. I prefer to gain the gift by the ritual, and will do the quests when I reach the level for the story of course if it is available.
I will be happy to leave a tip once the ritual is complete of a few thousand gold for you time, and of course, your kindness. I wont be scammed, and I wont pay before being turned. This thread is more for the kind hearted players who give bites for free. Only difference is I will tip after in appreciation.

This has been discussed before and the situation is that there is quite a few people with vampire skills but they charge outrageous amounts of money for a bite and kind-hearted people can't get vampire either because they don't have enough gold or/and because it's impossible to find a vampire as they spawn during the night and get killed extremely quickly by players who've already gotten their vamp abilities (so that they can keep charging ridiculous amounts of gold for a bite)...
I suggest wait a few weeks and by that time there will be more than enough vampires on server so that prices will go down a lot.

You can get the quest at any level. From what I've heard, some people have been able to complete it at pretty low levels.
I had trouble with it at first when I tried it, but came back later and finished it at level 21.0 -
