Looking for friendly trial/dungeon guild

Are there any friendly guilds out there? (Xbox/NA) Gotta be honest I'm having a hard time making friends in the game and finding a good group to run dungeons and trials with. Problem is, I'm very shy and socially akward which leads to me either getting kicked from group or guild
