[Game Re-download 2020] How will AddOns be affected

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno Could we get some information on how AddOns will be affected? If they all need to be re-written, will there be an early download beta test so AddOn writers can get some early access?

How do you access personal user settings folder ?
I copy pasted my current addons from live server to pts and the settings were all over the place on the pts0
