Evil Hunter skill too effective?

Hey,

While i love the fighters guild quests and skill lines i feel that this skill is currently to effective for what it does. It basically trivializes all coldharbour quests or any dungeon where there are a lot of undead/deadric mobs.
I noticed that if i activate this skill on 1 bar, swap bars to my aoe 2 handed build it still affects it.
Also the 15 second increased duration is stackable, so it doesnt reset. This means if i keep killing groups of mobs il end up with a buff that last over 10 minutes. and procs on from my brawler skill, letting me stack mobs and 2 hand cleave them down, while the extra dmg and stamina return procs.

I dont know if this is intentional? But it feels like it was intended to only proc from "white attacks" And reset the duration increase on 15 seconds. Its the only skill in the game that you can add on another bar and still use to its maximum effect without any downsides, allowing us to have 7 skills over 6.

If you didnt know this and your melee? Abuse it, aoe farming udnead/deadras becomes trivial.

I personally think the fighters guild line is just bad design in general. Deadra and undead are a huge focus in the elder scroll universe and I'm sure they will be major part of end game. Everyone spamming fighters guild abilities with no diversity is going to get old real fast. What's funny is that silver bolts is better then a lot of weapon/class abilities even against none undead/deadra.
