Outfit Station - Motif Help

I have a CP 400+ character with lots of crafting motifs.
For fun over Christmas I created a new character - trying to get a certain look - everything went well until I tried to apply a motif for her weapon at an outfit station. I couldn't even get into the preview screen for armour or weapons. Although when I log out of the outfit station and go to her inventory I can see all the motifs my other character collected. Do I have to do something to unlock the ability for a low level (5) character?

✭✭✭✭✭You have to choose which outfit to save it to at the Outfit Station, @Sable751.
The default outfit choice is “Outfit 1” ... though you can rename it at anytime.
Bottom line: Make sure you save your changes after you’re done with assigning your motifs and dyes.1 -
